Please note:

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As most of our products are custom-made or personalized to your order (including, but not limited to, custom paint, decals, or design elements), they are excluded from the standard 14-day return or cancellation right.

By placing an order, you expressly agree that we may begin the creation of your custom item immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal once production has started.

However, as we strive to keep our customers happy, exemptions can be made - offering store credit or sending replacements when something goes wrong.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@diecastcustoms.eu with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will evaluate the situation and offer a resolution if the product is found to be faulty due to our error.
